At LESW Case Consulting, our mission is to strengthen child representation by embedding skilled social workers into the legal teams of Guardians ad Litem (GALs) across Denver and surrounding areas. We believe that when social workers and attorneys work together, children receive more compassionate, informed, and effective advocacy—ensuring every child's voice is heard and their best interests are at the center of every decision.

As a nonprofit, we are dedicated to supporting Guardians ad Litem (GALs) in the Denver metro area—professionals who are often overwhelmed by the complex family dynamics in their caseloads.

LESW provides the social work expertise needed to strengthen legal advocacy. With a strong foundation in both law and social work, and three years of experience as a case consultant for the state, I bring deep insight into the needs of Colorado’s children and families.

LESW stands for Legally Educated Social Worker—a title that reflects both who I am and the vision I have for building more collaborative, interdisciplinary legal teams. At LESW, we believe that exceptional child representation should be the norm, not the exception—and that every GAL deserves the support of a skilled, trauma-informed partner.
